Tammy’s Event Stories – 11.29.04 + 11.20.06.
With the lack of updates, I figured it was time to share my own stories.
I only have 2 Randy stories to tell. They’re not much, just seeing him arrive & leave before & after Raw. I’m just going to copy & paste these from my journal.
November 29th, 2004 [before Raw, the night he was General Manager]:
“Then this dude pulls in. I had a feeling of who it was but I kept my mouth shut cuz I wasn’t sure. So he pulls into the garage…then the gaurd type dude comes out and someone goes “Was that Randy Orton?!” and he started nodding. Mwahaha I was right. I thought it was him. Everyone stared in and started yelling for him. I wish I would’ve gotten a picture of him but everything happened so quickly. We were all like “RANDY!!!!” and as he was walking in (he had to walk past the entrance to go to the other side so of course we saw him). He stopped, smiled, and waved to everyone. I really wish I had the camera in my hands at the time cuz he looked like…happy-go-lucky or something. It was cute.”
November 20th, 2006 [after Raw]:
“RKO didn’t sign, he just made a face. I don’t know, it seemed like he was trying to play off being the bad guy, so I just laughed lmfao. It didn’t bother me at all, & I still want a new RKO shirt.”
I also enjoyed watching him during the show [11.20.06]. He told everyone to “shut the hell up”. So I playfully turned to my Mother & said “Did you hear him?! He said shut the hell up?!”. She just laughed, she knew I was playing. She thought I was one of the only people in our section cheering him at the time. I’m not sure if that’s true, but I don’t care either. I had no shame in rooting for the “bad guy”. I look forward to seeing him in person again.
